Ardha Matsyendrasana

Ardha Matsyendrāsana allows the spine to be twisted all the way from the base of the spine to the very top. This asana tones the spinal nerves and ligaments, and improves digestion.and also improve liver and pancreas health

Useful for preventing urinary tract disorders.

Dhanurasana

Strengthens the back and abdominal muscles Stimulates the reproductive organs Opens up the chest, neck and shoulders Tones the leg and arm muscles Adds greater flexibility to the back Relieves menstrual discomfort and constipation Helps people with renal (kidney) disorders

Sarvangasana

Blood circulatory system, respiratory system and digestive system will be vivified.

While practicing this yoga pose more blood flows into throat, thyroid gland will be invigorated.

It rectifies disorders in ears, nose and throat.
